PRIVATE CONTRACTORS
If you are a small private contractor that can prove good workmanship, no checkered past, and a quality product selection...then we will be more than happy to talk further. We understand that often our home owners just need projects done for a cheaply as possible where larger companies may not be able to profit. Please let us know what you have to offer as a company, details and company history, and what advantage(s) you may have over your local competition.
We understand that private contractors often do not have the advertising budgets, or time to market themselves. We typically arrange a small percentage relative to the customers purchase, in exchange for our referral. We tend not to charge any lead fees to small contractors as we want them to give the customers the best deal possible without worrying about covering lead costs.
REMODELING COMPANIES
If you are a remodeling company, we look favorably on companies with product selections including alside, gorell, soft-lite, Force V, simonton, okna. If you do carry other brands, that's ok too, but we focus on what we feel tends to be the best for our customers before we turn them into your customers!!!!
If you offer financing, please let us know what financing you carry (we are familiar with most lenders and their promotions, rates, and terms).
We try to do the selling for the company, and if you have what our home owners want, then we will often inform them of the best deal they can get. Again we are in favor of the customer, but we understand that everyone needs to make a profit...just a fair one. If we bring the deal to you, we do not charge a lead fee, but simply request a small percentage of the deal should you both go ahead with it. This eliminates any lead costs, and wasted time selling. Should the home owner for some reason choose not to go ahead with your company...we do not charge anything.
If one of our home owners wishes to let us set up estimate appointments for them, we will submit them to you in exchange for a very small lead cost instead. You will find our services much cheaper than service magic, or any of those lead sources. Also our expertise and yours will most likely match well.
Everyone at our company is extremely easy to deal with, and we charge no fees for a business relationship.
INDUSTRY EXPERTS
We understand that the home improvement industry is complex, and the product selection seems endless. We are however, always keeping up to date with other expert opinions and articles out there. Unfortunately, due to the free service we offer and the amount of requests that do come in, we sometimes can struggle to answer all inquires rapidly. Our business model keeps our costs very low, and we only profit should a customer use our services to help them find a negotiate a great deal in their local area. Should you wish to have submissions forwarded to you, and are able to help, we are open to fairly sharing our profits with you. Please note that we are experts in our field and we will quickly determine whether or not you are, so do not waste our time if you are not an expert and do not have the customers interest best at heart. We also do not allow our window experts, siding experts, or roofing experts to reply to someone who is calling within their immediate area, so as to eliminate "steering" the customer.

We find that they often appreciate our unbiased advice and thus often let us suggest local companies in their area who can help them improve their #1 investment. We are not a greedy company, and we employ no robots. We more or less do the selling for you. When we find what a customer wants in a replacement window or a vinyl siding product, we simply find the best deal out there for them. We know what nearly all the products out there cost to the dealers, and we know what is fair pricing. We know the high cost of advertising and we know the strain put on salespeople.
